Khan market has some good bookshops as well. Faqir Chand is one, Full Circle is another. There was another one called The Bookshop, which recently moved to another location.

Khan market has nice bookshops but the best one in Delhi is Fact and Fiction, near Priya cinema.

Khan market in Delhi is very popular amongst diplomats living nearby. Although the market is small, it packs many good restaurants, book shops, tailors etc. in that space. Big Chill is popular, so is cafe turtle, there are few other cafes as well.

Khan market might have decent cafes and restaurants. But if you want to do shopping, GK and Hauz kaus markets in New Delhi have larger varieties.

This is not fair you showed khan market saying it is expensive . There are other shops beside eating, tailors etc. No, this is not an accusation but i feel bad that all were not given proper coverage, and wrong to discourage people from shopping there by calling it expensive, and only appreciating food and tailors.

I don't know if it is still there, but there was a wonderful Games Store in Khan Market, if I recall correctly it was on the Lodhi Gardens end of the market. It had piles of games stacked up to the ceiling, and these were old table top games like RISK, and MONOPOLY. We bought the game based on the MAD comic there, never seen it anywahere else. It was like going into Aladdin's Cave.

Khan Chacha & Big Chill at Khan Market deserve their own little video 'coz they define the Khan Market experience!

I love Khan Market for its truly cosmopolitan culture. You get almost everything there despite being not so big in area. Cafe turtle, Big Chill and Chinafare are few of my favorite restaurants. Even a stroll in the market relaxes so much. The parking though is bad.

Khan Market has its own charm. It has amazing bookshops and nice eating joints. It is unmatchable, with its prime location and is ideal for winter.

One of my favourite markets...though not fair to say it is one of the more expensive...there is a balance of goods offered there...so people can choose. The only downside is the parking or lack thereof!
