the most relaxing holiday i have ever had . san marco is beautiful , the people are vrey friendly and helpful . i will go back again .

Yes, Venice is gorgeous but Piazza San Marco is just the beginning. I just got back from there and my biggest piece of advice is to visit where all the residents of Venice live. Go left out of the Square down the main waterway until you reach the end. Trust me, it's worth the trek!
