We eat with large influence from other countries. Italian, indian etc. but made into more danish taste. smørrebrød in a more basic form is very used for lunch. Koldskål is a tipical sommer dish in danish homes. in may was sold 55.000 liters and we are only 6,2 million people! And its also possible to make koldskål (cold bowl) your self.. see recpie in my geobeats blog.
