Check out Tokyo's views from Roppongi Hills observation deck, at night it's particularly nice. Too many things to do at Roppongi, be sure you have information on what you want to see so you do not miss the good parts.

Don't go there shopping without the big bucks. Major luxury international brands have stores in Roppongi. Many upscale restaurants are also based in Roppongi.
